Kangaroo Care offers a higher level of support coordination for people whose situations are more complex and who need specialist support.
A specialist Support Coordinator will assist you to manage challenges in your support environment which may include health, education, or justice services. The Specialist Support Coordinator aims to reduce barriers to participants implementing or using their NDIS plan as well as ensuring consistent delivery of service. Our Support Coordinators will help you with as much or as little assistance as you need.
